[From Original Website] Dunny Brazz is a Hip Hop artist from Longueuil which is located on the south shore of Montreal. He is also one half of Nuthin But Hits L.L.C., a production team that explores different genres of music, including, but not limited to; Hip Hop, R&B, Rock, and Pop. At a young age, Dunny Brazz performed in front of the legendary Wyclef Jean, who recognized his talent and blessed him with these kind words: “Dunny Brazz, in 5 years you will make it”.
In 2011, Nuthin But Hits L.L.C. decided to release an album entitled “OG’s Dream”, with Dunny Brazz as the featured artist and Nuthin But Hits L.L.C. as the producers. The album features appearances by Masspike Miles of Rick Ross’s Maybach Music Group and a variety of artists signed by major labels. The album is set to be in stores February 7th, 2012. From promotion, to production and recording, the Nuthin But Hits team has presided over every element of development. The project’s first single, shot by “Sixteen pads”, is set to hit popular music channels all across Canada in January.
The music industry is not unfamiliar territory to the founders of Nuthin But Hits L.L.C. Dunny Brazz and R.C Drama first met in 2002 at Drama’s pre-production studio in Montreal, Canada. They immediately hit it off and have been working together ever since, finding their partnership to be a creative and financial success. Among the few names they have since produced tracks for are Sat (Sony / BMG France), Tony Yayo (G- unit/ Interscope), Masspike Miles (Maybach Music Group/WARNER), 50 Cent (G-unit/ Interscope), and Yung Berg (Epic/Koch). They have also produced for a variety of both major and independent artists in Canada and France as well as tracks for TV commercials (Skittles).
Dunny Brazz & R.C Drama have officially made the transition from beatmakers to producers, as they strive for quality vs. quantity; utilizing their talents to provide the level of nuanced execution that is necessary to turn mere ideas into profitable records. In 2007, after leaving their management, Nuthin But Hits L.L.C got approached by a few publishing companies in Europe and in the US. From there, they caught the ear of music executive Issac “Picaso ” White of King Picaso Management, who is also the A&R for multi-platinum, super producer Bryan Michael Cox’s Black Baby Inc. Amazed by their
talent and professionalism, Mr. White set a meeting up in Atlanta, Georgia to discuss the future of Nuthin But Hits L.L.C.; which ended with Dunny & Drama successfully receiving a co-sign and management deal with Mr. White’s management firm. During that same meeting they met Blak Foks, representative for the famous DTP (disturbing the Peace) label. After hearing the upcoming album, Blak Foks recognized the international potential in the Nuthin But Hits sound, and a relationship between himself and NBH L.L.C. was built, leading to a management position for Dunny Brazz’s career. The album is only the first of many meticulously planned steps to establish Nuthin But Hits L.L.C as a self sufficient production company whose aim is to provide a wide range of artists with a quality product that will prove to have commercial, and international, viability. As Tony G, the A&R of G-UNIT records, explained to the founding members of Nuthin But Hits L.L.C.: “You know why we like you? Because your artistry & production has the
rare potential of crossing overseas.”
